Dear darkblueb, all,
we have also tested the proposed solution
(https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive/pull/362) on alpha3, executing the
same steps:
1.- Prepare a new virtual machine downloading alpha3.
2.- Open a terminal
3.- git clone https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive
4.- cd ./OSGeoLive/bin
5.- sudo ./install_etf.sh
6.- Execute the executable "Start ETF" that appears on the desktop.
7.- All types of tests should appear now.
Please let us know if further actions are needed.
