 When booting from a live usb drive using UEFI support, apache service
 fails to start because `/var/log/apache2` folder does not exist.

 Apache works fine with the following workaround after boot:

 {{{
 sudo mkdir -p /var/log/apache2
 sudo systemctl restart apache2
 }}}
