Hi all,
After a round of testing on the latest rc3 build, I spotted a blocker
involving MapServer and GeoMoose:

We would need some feedback from the MapServer and GeoMoose teams in
order to resolve and move forward with the next rc (and hopefully the
release).
All other applications seem to startup fine (a minor thing we missed in
the documentation is that redis-server has to start up before starting
actinia server, but local actinia is not used in the quickstart anyways).
