6. Right Click on the MunicipalHalls table and select “Edit table rows”.
Notice the SQL query which has been created for you in the top right pane,
and results in the bottom right.:
If you try to do so a popup shows up:
SQLITE SQL error: no such column read_only
Then in the context menu the link to "Edit table rows" is not there. For
other tables it is fine
