* tilestache and mapnik are also referred in
/usr/local/share/mapproxy/mapproxy.yaml
* Install script should also be modified: no download of
https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive/blob/master/bin/install_mapnik.sh#L74
Proposed change:
1. Demo with python script
2. Demo with mapnik
3. download demo files to /usr/local/share/mapnik/, integrate the download
in the file instead of the tilestache data:
