Dear Kiringai and Suchith and all, First allow me register my apologies for the late response to the emails. After the very busy time at the RUFORUM AGM in Ghana last year, we took a break and then returned to submission of proposals whose deadline were due on 5th February 2020.
I am now catching up with several emails that were unread. Am sorry that several of my responses will be late but I will try to respond to all. We shall focus this year to kick-start our engagements and it was a pleasure to meet Enoch.
