Update the project Quickstart
The project Quick Start was reviewed by @flicstar as part of the Google
Season of Docs in October 2019.
It scored 0 out of possible 4. It is missing the overview and what next?
sections. Also I couldn't get it to work, I received an error when trying
to open the srs.las file.
