Lubuntu and Ubuntu are definitely different, which makes the need for compatibility a focus that us in Africa must address. Our learning institutions will have to align with much more modern technologies that make access to open solutions possible. I suppose hardware upgrade is a simpler challenge than not have any geospatial learning solutions/platforms. Cheers!
