The problem is coming from the urlgrabber package which is signed. You should add the key with a command like : rpm --import /usr/share/doc/fedora-release-3/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedorawhere you replace "/usr/share/doc/fedora-release-3/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora" by
the public key corresponding to the one who signed the urlgrabber rpm
