Beauty. Thank you, Dave. That's a subject I'm particularly interested in, 
although I often don't enjoy making my own .

Wow! I thought they were always folded from a windmill base. If i understood 
you correctly, they are also made from a blintz fold? You also use the term 
"doubly-blintzed", are you referring to the initial steps to make a fortune 
teller or the windmill base?
