Miyabi has a couple of options at 24 cm (9.45 ") at
https://origami-papier.eu/Origami-uni-Rueckseite-weiss__24-25-cm, and as this
is in the EU, it might be better if you are in France. I use that shop
frequently, in particular stacks of 15 cm papier (6").

Keith Giddings already mentioned Viereck.

Amazon.de seems to have some as well, actually at 25 cm, even if it can be hard
to decode. Does "printed colourful on one side" mean it is white on the other?

Origami-shop.com if you want anything art level quality.

Previously I sometimes bought at colortree which was endorsed by British
Origami, but they retired in March and today BOS references amazon.co.uk.

Otherwise I sometimes buy rolls of Kraft-paper and cut it myself. Really
strong, often 60-65 gsm paper, but also 80 gsm like this
https://www.rajapack.dk/kr./gaveindpakning/gavepapir/kraftpapir-paa-rulle_PDT01592.html
Duo-coloured versions of this may often be found at supermarkets and the like a
couple of months before Christmas.

Regards,
        Hans
