Gerardo,
In my book "Jewish Holiday Origami" I have a 1-sheet 3-sided Pyramid. Sinking
the top point creates a "Hamentash" - a 3-sided Purim holiday treat, which is
also in that book. That model can be used as a cube stand.
I'm happy to send you diagrams if you message me privately.
Joel

Hi. Do any of you know of any single-sheet cube stand models, prior to Jo
Nakashima's posted on November 4, 2010?

I looked in The Origami Database and Gilad's Origami Page. The only cube stand
on the first source is from three pieces, and the ones on the second source are
either also modulars or are older than Nakashima's video.
