I second that: I think it’s a Saar Star (which is also often made from a pentagon). I checked in James Sakoda’s book “Modern Origami” and I’d say it’s not the same as his design. The Saar Star diagrams are found on the OrigamiUSA website, here: https://origamiusa.org/news/fold-2019-annual-gift
