I didn't attend the workshop but I think it's a 12 unit assembly of the
Simplified Sonobe Module - Bicolor Diabolo pattern in Origami for the
Connoisseur pg44.

It's a 12 module cube, but when looking into Gilad website, and browsing all
the Kasahare cubes made by 12 modules, I only find two and neither of them are
the one depicted here.
