Some of what Carol says is fairly accurate: I tried to start such a project
(then, and once or twice since); but a big factor in the project not proceeding
was that every time we started something going, everyone involved had different
ideas about what should and should not be included, what the permissions and
checkboxes should be, etc. And so rather than trying to drive to enough of a
consensus to be able to start building, I just let it slide. I’d be happy if
someone else wanted to take it up again and drive the process (with a firmer
hand).
