I am conducting research on Momotani's Wall model. I have seen it referred to as "wall', "stretch wall', and "brick wall", and "stone wall". The earliest reference to it I have seen is in BOS Convention 1984 Autumn. Any help with earlier/earliest reference would be greatly appreciated.
