Hey Sara,

thank you for your answer. I had already known your article and I agree with all points you call. I really respect the works and effort of each designer. Since I design my own models (2011) I know how much time you have to spend for some designs.

I asked the designers for permisson to all of my youtube tutorials. There is no tutorial without permission. Only on the videos by Eric Joisel I thought wrong because I had no chance to ask himself... You write that the publishing of diagrams on the internet is no reason to be allowed of making video tutorials of them. This is the point I thought wrong. Now I know it and I have already informed the right owner of Eric Joisels works (Yves Clavel). Also I wrote with Alain Joisel. The answer from them was that they will discuss if my old Eric Joisel videos are okay or if I have to remove them from my channel. I'm still waiting for the answer but I know that they are both very busy. So I'll wait patiently. And if they write me that I have to remove them I will do it.

I agree with you that it's not only a law decision but also an ethic. So please I have to say it again: I uploaded the videos only of my ignorance not because I don't respect the effort of designers. Now I'm smarter.

Thank you again for your help and also for the offer to forward an email. But I think it's not necessary till this time. Sorry for my not that good english. I'm quiet hurry because I have to go to work now and after that driving to munich and liked to answer you before that.

best wishes

Alexander
