Hi Ram, OrientDB v 2.0 is not supported anymore, I strongly suggest you to upgrade to latest version. About the specific problem, do you have any error in the logs? It could also be the OS who stopped the process because of low system resources, in this case you won't see any errors, but OrientDB cannot do much for this...
