Which jar did you download?
The "dist" one, or the "simple" one?

This is th right one for an OrientDB server:

orientdb-spatial-2.2.13-dist.jar
<http://central.maven.org/maven2/com/orientechnologies/orientdb-spatial/2.2.13/orientdb-spatial-2.2.13-dist.jar>

This is not enough (should be referred as dependency):

orientdb-spatial-2.2.13.jar
<http://central.maven.org/maven2/com/orientechnologies/orientdb-spatial/2.2.13/orientdb-spatial-2.2.13.jar>
