Please go through the below requirement if you or your consultants are open for projects and interested in the below requirement ,Please respond back with latest resume along with details ASAP. *Title: *SAP FI with HCM Payroll Integration through ALE Configuration *Location: *Fort Smith, AR *Duration: *6+ Months *Rate:* $50/Hr *Req Details:* *Description:* · SAP FI (Techno-Functional) resource who has knowledge with Payroll integration from External SAP system · In-depth understanding of SAP Payroll posting to SAP Finance · The resource needs to have experience in SAP ALE configuration for linking the SAP HCM system with multiple SAP FI systems or vice versa. · Must have ability to perform configuration on HCM & FI integrations through ALE IDOC. · Have the ability to deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements associated with SAP ABAP (ALE IDOC). · Participate in user functional and technical specification creation · Ability to analyze user needs and architect complete solutions *Experience Required:* · At least 4-6 years of SAP HCM-FICO experience · At least 2 full SAP FI life cycle implementation projects experience with Payroll Integration. · Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effective communicate with internal and external customers. · Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
