The selected candidate will manage the implementation of the Commonwealth of MA’s first automated Recruiting System (HireNow!), working closely with the Human Resources Division and the Administration and Finance IT group of the Commonwealth’s Executive Office. Specific skills required include: Proven ability to successfully lead large/complex IT projects ($5+ Million) across the entire design, development, testing, training and rollout lifecycle.
