(2 Positions)* *Location: Round Lake, IL* *Duration: 7 Months to 1 Year* *Local Candidates Only* *Job Description:* Participate in and contribute to all phases of systems development, including technical specification, programming, maintenance, data feeds and testing while achieving the successful development and implementation of the Government Price Reporting project. Own assigned tasks, produce time estimates and detailed specifications for assigned tasks, and perform complex programming assignments. Requires moderate direction and possesses solid knowledge of SDLC. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Participate in all phases of system development life cycle (define program requirements, code, test, debug, and document) with moderate guidance, following SDLC processes, application processes. - Develop time estimates for assigned tasks. - Prepare technical specifications. - Develop code using DataStage or PL/SQL for system integration and unit testing by following Baxter standards and procedures - Develop testing requirements, prepare and document test data for unit and system testing following Baxter standards and procedures. - Possess solid analytical skills to resolve technical problems.
