Job Title: SCRUM Project Manager
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6-12 months

Responsibilities:
Manage ongoing globalization and expansion of the client.com global
platform. Manage in-house and third-party teams to extend and enhance the
client.com user experience. Position runs to December 2015, with
possibility of an extension.
Project Manager will directly manage a core team of 6-10 individuals and
vendors, and will work closely with the client.com Product Manager,
Interactive Lead and Globalization Manager to ensure that the Hospira.com
Platform achieves schedule, feature and performance targets.

Project manager will:
Create and execute project work plans
Effectively identify and manage project requirements
Plan and identify resource needs
Prepare and run project team meetings
Actively work with team to manage work assignments and deliverables
Review deliverables to ensure fully achieved
Prepare recurring status reports and other project presentations
Apply Agile methodologies and enforce standards as project requires
Identify and manage project risks
Deliver project on time and within budget
Develop processes needed in project: identify procedures that need to be
developed; agree processes with impacted staff; document and train team.

Skills and Experience:
Essential:
Experience implementing Agile / Scrum for global interactive programs.
Depth of understanding across multiple digital functional areas (e.g.,
technology, content, analytics) in order to effectively plan and manage
multidisciplinary projects.
Proactive, with ability to identify upcoming issues and drive to
resolution; to thoroughly think through project activities, anticipate
issues and develop alternate plans as needed.
Good verbal and written communications and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to understand, document and manage requirements for internal and
external site users, including functionality, user experience and user
support
Ability to effectively balance between management responsibilities and need
for “hands on” participation in project delivery
Flexibility to react to changing conditions and priorities
Ability to effectively conduct meetings and prepare status reports

Important
Experience with global digital site builds, including translation
Demonstrated success in improving team performance and morale
Negotiation skills
Experience developing processes
Needs assessment skills to identify process requirements
Ability to think creatively and collaborate with others to identify
processes
Ability to prepare clear and effective documentation and training materials

Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Tridion/CMS/responsive design
Second language
