Plans, designs and deploys large scale complex systems, including enterprise infrastructure, information systems, ERP applications, and internet technologies. 2. Projects typically involve on both software and hardware components. Evaluates existing systems to understand capabilities and recommend solutions. 3. Works with non-technical business owners to understand needs and develops a technical solution. 4. Participates in the layout design and installation of new systems or modification of existing systems. 5. Develops and manages systems integration projects. Identifies and resolves existing system deficiencies. 6. Participate in workshops to find solutions to complex problems 7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCCM 2007 and SCCM 2012 Agent health. This includes diagnostics, evaluation, troubleshooting, log analysis, WMI investigations, and removal and\or installation of the SCCM 2007\2012 Client Agent. 8.
