Qualifications Oracle Planning - Advanced Planning and Scheduling (ASCP) Minimum Years Required 10 Years Functional resource with 8 Years of Oracle EBS R12 experience in ASCP and Planning Module- specializes in Oracle solutions utilizing expertise in requirements definition, business analysis, design, systems integration, and implementation. Understand business requirement, solution design and interfaces Developed functional and technical specifications as well as test plans and test scenarios using AIM methodology. Good Knowledge about Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound / Outbound interfaces, Reports Use of development tools like SQL Developer Experience in the preparation of Functional Design and Technical Design documents Excellent communication skills, adapt in client interaction and understanding business applications. Absolutely capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment. Pro-actively identify areas of opportunity and work to finding solutions that meet the business needs of the customer. Job Level Specific Duties Leads large scale corporate-wide or complex business systems and application upgrades, enhancements, developments and installations. Reviews and approves cost and time estimates for implementation and development of projects. Serves as the subject matter expert and consulting resource for the organization. Works on applications and business problems that are highly complex and diverse in scope, and may include any project size, multiple applications, multiple I/T segments, contractors, global rollout, new technologies and new architectures. Typical Years of Experience Typically requires 8-10 years relevant experience. Minimum Education and Certifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Graduate degree preferred. Skills Expert knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture. Expert analytical / problem solving skills. Exceptional ability to identify and evaluate existing and potential IT and business challenges. Exceptional influencing and communication skills. Exceptional ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources. Advanced client service attitude and leadership capabilities. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions Ability to physically perform general office requirements. Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
