Key skills within PeopleSoft HRMS will include below ones listed by Chandra 4. Should have exposure on onsite \ offshore model 5. Should have good knowledge on Oracle SQL 6. Strong communication and analytical skills 7. Good to have exposure to OBIEE as a reporting tool *Responsibilities will include below.*1. Take KT from existing support team and identify the process improvement areas 2. Work with the onsite and offshore team to create transactional reporting 3. Work towards knowledge transition of existing support team (other vendor) to HCL support team that will build over next few months 4. Support the existing PeopleSoft HRMS environment for administration, maintenance and enhancements tasks along with offshore (in future) 5. Coordinate between client stakeholders, sponsor, business users and offshore team.
