Prepares test systems for testing. Install the updates, administer and maintain test systems for multiple customers. Investigate, analyze, correct and test software related issues. Coordinate system backups and restores. Participate in technical exchange meetings. Supports in creating major functional Test Plans and procedures for the project. Executes major function test procedures for the project. Executes change and update test status for the iteration. Provide status reports. Experience: 3-5 years in Lab Administration in Retail POS. Experience with software installation, testing and software sustainment support on Red Hat servers and Windows client and server operating systems. Experience with relational databases. Experience with VMware, Linux OS, PostgreSQL, Windows SQL Server and networking. Experience working with computer hardware. Excellent verbal and written skills. Experience with JIRA for defect tracking. Experience with Quality Center for defect tracking and test script creation. Experience creating and running SQL queries.
