*Need :Change ManagementLocation : Columbus, OHDuration :12 Months* *Application / Modules:* • SAP and/or retail experience helpful but not required *Responsibilities:* • In partnership with their OCM teammates and leveraging the defined Limited Brands OCM methodology, this person will be responsible for the following activities: o Verify and maintain the initial stakeholder assessment; Assess and analyze people, process and organizational impacts at all levels in conjunction with business partners to develop the appropriate change management approach. o Identify potential people related risks and anticipated resistance points, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns. o Identify potential executive (leadership alignment) related risks and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns. o Support executive alignment communications including steering committee presentations, etc. o Plan, develop and deliver project stakeholder (end user) related communication that is inclusive of all strategic and tactical user needs. o Support business stakeholders in understanding the implications of the business process changes and planning communication, training and organizational readiness activities accordingly. o Design, develop, and deliver training plans based on a situational awareness of the project and the groups impacted; Understand how to address user training needs using a variety of platforms. o Lead a team of instructional designers in developing the training materials; participating in instruction design efforts as required. o Plan and manage the training delivery efforts, ensuring the right training is being delivered to the right audiences at the right time. *Skill Level* o Expert Experience –* 5+ years in information technology, 7+ years in organization change management specifically, responsible for execution and /or leadership of an organization change management team on 4+ implementations / projects * o Demonstrated experience working with Organizational Change Management tools and techniques, including: § Instructional design § Communication planning and development § Stakeholder engagement, alignment and management § Leadership alignment § Change readiness assessments o Project management and Team leadership skills o Relationship-building Skills—ability to gain trust and form strong Business Alliances o Excellent Presentation and Facilitation Skills o Experience with SAP, Retail a plus but not required -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks&Regards James Miller | IT Recruiter ITBrainiac Inc, Princeton, NJ 08540 Direct: 609-423- 6624 | Fax 312.582.2699 Website:www.itbrainiac.
