Short Description: Certified VMware admin with well rounded experience on Dell hardware and configuration. Complete Description: At a minimum VCP 4 Certified VMware admin with well rounded experience on Dell hardware and configuration. Must have experience working in a fast paced enterprise virtual infrastructure. Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Vmware sphere, ESXi and Vcenter management. Experience supporting Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (view 4.x and 5.x) in a large scale environment. Extensive experience with Vcenter and ESX configuration and deployment. Must have strong troubleshooting skills in VMware windows operating systems. *Behavior Characteristics:* Must be able to communicate clearly both written and orally. Skills: Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating Extensive administrative experience in Vmware Virtual infrastructure Required 3 Years 3 - Expert Experienced in diagnosing and resolving vSphere performance issues Required 3 Years 3 - Expert Experience with Dell Blade servers, standalone servers, and Open manage.
