*send me resume to rame...@systelinc.com <rame...@systelinc.com> * *Job Title :Data Warehouse/ETL Architect* *Location :Oklahoma City* *Duration :6+ Months* Job Description: *Develop peer relationships with Enterprise Architects, data warehouse team and app teams in all areas to document existing business use cases for data analytics, data mining, predictive modeling, standard reporting, dashboards, etc. that map to the underlying data being accessed. Develop a usage view from which to identify data duplication, data inconsistencies, etc. Document business KPIs and new business information capabilities to be filled by future projects as needed. *Develop a customer focused, end to end to end target state information architecture blueprint that shows clearly how operational and enterprise analytics & reporting, master data management and metadata management will be accomplished in the most effective, efficient and incrementally adaptable manner. *Clearly define boundaries and rationale for data marts versus the data warehouse. Work with the Enterprise Integration Architect to determine where, if any, operational data stores may be necessary as part of an overall integration strategy. Work with EAs and the Enterprise Integration Architect to ensure enterprise data consistency between all messaging and ETL data flow with the data warehouse. *Keep abreast of new information architecture trends / reporting / analytic technologies / techniques / tools. *Develop an overall data quality plan that identifies our current gaps and drives for results. This includes defining a meaningful way to measure data quality and track progress. Work with application teams to reconcile downstream transactional / data errors to understand any data validation deficiencies that need to be addressed. *Play a leadership role in the Information Architecture & Governance cross functional team. Develop and maintain an overall roadmap of information architecture activities to be validated by the EA steering team. Collaborate with the data warehouse team to put together an overall data governance approach that involves the business, to drive a common understanding of our data and accountability for data quality. *Work with security / compliance team to ensure the information architecture properly accounts for internal and external data security, data privacy and legal retention requirements. *Collaborate with the infrastructure team and app development teams when new analytic / reporting, data visualization and data virtualization technology opportunities arise to determine their applicability. *Along with Enterprise Architects, this role participates in solution design reviews with app teams and data warehouse teams as needed to ensure the information architecture is understood and being followed. *Qualifications* *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Masters preferred. *Experience may be substituted for some of the required education. *10 + years of experience of working with data warehouse teams, business partners and application teams to understand operational and enterprise analytic / reporting use cases as well as security / legal and compliance aspects and translating that into an overall business intelligence architecture. *Experience with large scale IT solutions involving complex integration and data aspects. *A clear understanding of an overall E&P business model and how that translates into an overall information and business intelligence architecture. *Heavy experience with all aspects of:* * Data warehouse architecture and design. * ETL technologies and capabilities. * Master data management. * Metadata management. * Data modeling - conceptual / logical / physical. * Data security / privacy. * Data Governance * Transactional integrity - financial controls and traceability, linear balancing / cross balancing. *Ability to know when the architecture is "good enough" to meet the near and long term business needs and avoid academic pursuits. *Ability to influence people at all levels, in IT and the business, especially regarding the business value that underpins the overall design of the information architecture target state. *Excellent planning skills - ability to break down a high level vision into an incremental, achievable roadmap. *Solid understanding of how unstructured data plays into an overall information architecture from both a technical and business perspective. *Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. *A collaborative mindset when solving problems Thanks & Regards Ramesh Reddy M Phone:678 250 9839 Email:rame...@systelinc.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
