*Position*: IVR Production Support *Location*: Scottsdale, AZ
*Duration*: 6 month minimum *Rate*: 55/hr CTC *Position Summary :* The analyst –Interactive Voice Response (IVR) will: · Provide primary support and maintenance for the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Interactive Voice Response ( IVR) applications · Provide secondary support for selected call center tools applications. · The analyst –IVR will support both the inbound and outbound Nuance Voice Platform (NVP) systems including system maintenance, business support, production issue support, business inquiries analysis, defect fixes, and any other necessary support as requested by management. *Required Qualifications:* · 6+ years’ experience working within a large call center operations infrastructure team. · Hardware - Minimum 3 years working with Windows applications and Windows Operating Systems (OS). · Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface effectively with team members, or IT groups and business users is required. · Preferred Qualifications · Experience in Interactive Voice Response (IVR) as well as in a large scale production support environment. · Knowledge of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, particularly Nuance Voice Platform (NVP), Cisco ICM, and Avaya technologies in that order is not a requirement but desirable. · Also knowledge and experience with DB2 database technology, · Unix Operating systems is also a plus. · Healthcare industry experience preferred. *Education:* · Bachelors of science degree.
