*Title:* *Oracle BI Team Lead* posted on 2013-06-27 14:46:08 *Job Description:* *JOB DESCRIPTION: * The Oracle Business Intelligence Team Lead is responsible for managing a team dedicated to the administration, architecture and development of the Oracle Business Intelligence Applications and related data warehousing initiatives. This role will provide strategic and tactical direction to the team, lead projects, and act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. Proactively seek opportunities to improve the processes for the Global ERP Reporting Environment and leverage Oracle reporting application functionality on a Global scale. Provide business and Project Management knowledge to ensure the multiple Global ERP BI environments are configured & leveraged to client*s best advantage. Conduct detailed research and recommend Oracle Business Intelligence and Technical products and assist with general project management. Strategy & Planning * Develop and implement global strategy for the implementation and improvement of a Global BI Reporting strategy. Key driver for the development and execution of requirements, both functional and technical. * Develop and implement strategy to integrate Business Intelligence functionality and application into the Oracle ERP Implementation plans. Acquisition & Deployment * Plan and organize tasks, report progress, manage & coordinate with consultants for implementations. * Verify and suggest changes to requirement gathering, design documents, perform impact analysis for application changes. Operational Management * Maintain and modify web applications; make approved changes by amending application documentation, developing detailed programming logic, and coding changes. * Provide support for critical web application problems and issues. * Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the discovery and investigation of critical production problems. *Job Requirements:* *KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED* - 10+ years IT experience. - 6+ years business intelligence application development and support experience. - Experience in at least three (3) full life cycle BI implementations. - Experience with Oracle BI Analytics Applications is a plus. - 4+ years supporting either Business Objects or OBIEE as a presentation layer for BI applications. - Experience in leading at least three (3) projects as a Project Lead or Project Manager. - Experience supporting at least two (2) business process cycles, e.g., Demand to Build, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc. - Expertise with Oracle ERP is a plus. - Working knowledge of software development and support methodologies. - Ability to review, code and guide PL/SQL programmers when necessary. - Experience guiding the development of technical objects using SQL, PL/SQL, Toad, Discoverer, Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator, Talend, Unix, XML Publisher, Oracle Apex. - Expertise with configuration and setups for Oracle Business Intelligence tools is a plus. - Expertise with one or more Oracle database and business intelligence development tools (PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Informatica PowerCenter, Discoverer, OBIEE, Data Warehouse Administration Console (DAC), Concurrent Manager. - Good understanding of various ETL tools and architectures. *Education Required:* - Bachelor Degree or foreign equivalent in related field or equivalent experience. *Salary:* DOE *Click here to view full job descripton and apply*<http://www.ejobsville.com/display-job/5241/> (Guest users can also apply) ------------------------------ Best regards, eJobsVille.com - For The Best Tech Jobs In Town -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
