Application Support Analyst Duration: 3 year+ Contract Location: San Francisco, CA Rate: $50/HR The Application Support Analyst will help respond to functional and technical concerns reported users of the CCPOR application. The analyst must be able to triage simple desktop software and connectivity issues, independently review application data to verify reported issues and to appropriately communicate with court and law enforcement personnel. The analyst will also assist with deployment of the CCPOR application to new counties, including support of training efforts. *1. Minimum Job-Specific Skills/Qualifications Required:* - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent logical reasoning skills - Ability to learn new legal and technical concepts quickly - Ability to troubleshoot Windows desktop software and connectivity issues - Ability to write and execute SQL queries - Ability to read system logs and trace transactions - Ability to talk with non-technical staff to resolve technical issues - Exceptional ability to proactively resolve issues - No criminal history - must be eligible for CLETS certification *2.
