Visual Designer Austin, TX 6 months This creative role will give the seasoned Visual Designer the opportunity to influence the direction of graphic design and the user-experience process across our enterprise and for our clients. In this critical, client-facing position you will have “a seat at the table” designing graphic visual solutions for the web-based business applications of our clients. Our team-oriented environment is highly conducive to creating sophisticated visual design solutions. Your ability to independently tackle full lifecycle design projects will be rewarded with substantial professional growth opportunities and engaging new challenges on a daily basis.
Requirements: • Portfolio of rich customer experiences that made a positive and measurable impact on the companies they served. • Deep experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other creative media tools. • Working knowledge of Flash, Expression Blend, Expression Design, After Effects, or experience with motion graphic designs a plus. • Familiarity with Flash ActionScript or Flex helpful, not required • Familiarity with C# and XAML helpful, not required • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. • Able to work well in a team as well as on your own • Self-starter and highly motivated to succeed • College degree with a design focus, communications or other related field • Ability and interest to learn new technologies quickly.
