*Location: Charlotte,NC** ** * *Duration: 6-8+ months * * *** * * *Job Purpose/ Description:* Responsible for planning, design, and implementation of Content Management solutions pertaining to the ASG/Mobius product suite within a Middleware and Utilities Engineering organization. Develop technology services in cooperation with the service delivery managers and requisite technology teams. Leverages knowledge of infrastructure analysis, capacity planning, and product analysis and develops cost/business case justifications. Develops and coordinates plans for periodic penetration, disaster recovery and audit testing/evaluation of all utility services. Uses prescribed formats to produce management reports and engineering and architectural documentation to support the requirements of the position. Advise on solutions for managing report ingestion and management for enterprise applications. Work closely with application and business representatives on statement generation and presentment activities. Networks with colleagues and senior personnel on a regular basis, in own area of expertise, to resolve issues, gain needed information and influence outcomes for group. Participates on functional and business unit project teams. Gains cooperation and commitment to take action from colleagues, management, customers and external contacts as needed. Contributes to decisions and projects that have a moderate impact to the organization. Normally receives little instruction on work activities and general instruction on new assignments. May lead projects and make decisions that have moderate to significant impact on the business. *Tasks and Responsibilities:* • Identify, design and implement flexible, responsive, and secure engineering technology services • Research and evaluate infrastructure strategies, hardware/software, and application solutions • Advise management of options, risk vs. cost, benefits and other impacts of infrastructure solutions • Set technical infrastructure, engineering, operational and architectural standards and procedures • Develop and document operational support policies and guidelines and application interfacing documentation. • Monitor trends and recommend future architecture strategies • Educate and mentor IT support staff as needed, including requisite training on technology and governance • Research and stay current on Infrastructure best practices and function as a subject matter expert in this area • Develop and implement cost optimization strategies for solution stacks and within and across technology stack layers. • Design, develop and implement solutions for the ASG/Mobius Content Management products through upgrades, enhancements, solution requests and application development projects. • Provide 3rd level support to operations and application development teams *Required education/experience:* 5+ years progressive working experience with a broad range of hardware, and software in an engineering area. Demonstrated experience designing system architectures and implementing related solutions. Experience creating, troubleshooting and supporting multi-site, multi-tier system environments, and corporate Data Center facilities.
