*Skills:*

·         Should have strong Java/J2EE experience with a broad knowledge of
both front-end and back-end technologies with an eye towards code quality,
maintainability and high performance



*Functional:*

·         B2B & B2D Portal Application Design & Development

·         Sales , Service and Dealer operation process knowledge



*Technical:*

·         Designing and implementing web applications using Java EE
technologies and frameworks such as JSP, Apache Struts, Spring, Hibernate
etc

·         IBM WebSphere Product Suit (iRAD, WAS 7.0, DB2, UDB, MQ, Message
Broker(WMB 7.0+)

·         Responsive Web Design Concept with familiarity of modern
JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3

·         JavaScript frameworks GWT, jQuery, JSON, Java XML, Asynchronous
programming concept

·         Understanding of design patterns, domain driven design, test
driven development

·         Understand data structures, relational databases, and have the
ability to quickly grasp new frameworks and APIs

·         Understanding Java EE web services (REST, SOAP), JAX-WS,
WS-Security, and other components, as well as custom integrations to legacy
applications and data stores.

·         Configuration management, Build and Deployment Strategy
(experience on ant, maven, continuous integration etc)

·         Capable of recommending various technical solutions, including
doing impact analysis and explaining trade-offs

·         Architecting and Designing for achieving Performance, Performance
Monitoring strategies for large volumetric and widespread integration with
heterogeneous legacy integration

·         Batch Job design and framework like Spring Batch

·         Understanding of site minder authentication & authorization
services, with familiarity of LDAP, Policy Server & J2EE security.
