Department: REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT (RTD)

Location: Denver, Colorado

Duration: The contract will be for 3 years with up to 2 /1-year extensions.

Scope of Work and Duties

•           Conducts self in an appropriate manner as a representative of
RTD, working effectively in a diverse work environment.

•           Troubleshoot and resolve any printing or scanning problems.

•           Troubleshoot and resolve all desktop software problems.

•           Use Symantec Ghost to create images of all desktop and
workstation models.

•           Rebuild PCs, laptops and workstations as required.

•           Install software as required.

•           Keep desktop PC's patched with the latest Microsoft updates in
order to maintain security and stability.

•           Troubleshoot desktop and server connectivity as well as DHCP and
DNS.

•           Troubleshoot and resolve printing problems.

•           Install, configure, maintain and repair workstation, PC's
hardware and software.
