*Job Description:* • 2 - 6 years Exp in IT recruitment. • Handling end to end recruitment process. • Hands on experience working primarily with USC/GC/EAD. • Sound Knowledge of complete US geography. . • Screening the resumes based on technical skills, and communication skills and short-listing if it matches the requirement. • Arranging interview schedules for the shortlisted candidates. • Coordinating the interviews between client and candidates effectively to make the event successful. • Creating & maintaining effective & efficient Database for resourcing. • Confident in interactions with individuals of all levels and backgrounds. • Comfortable in talking to candidates, clients and team & must be a good listener. • Sound understanding of work environment and deliverables. • Discussion about rate, candidate, weekly target achievement, high priority requirement and future requirement. • Prefer someone from RPO recruiting experience. • Experience working on any Application Track System (ATS) but specifically Job Diva is a huge plus • Should have the ability or experience to work closely with onsite counterparts (Sr. Recruiters and Managers) If Interested, please send updated resume to sateesh.chalas...@talentbeacon.net -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
