*If H1B, Need the H1B and Passport Copy Before submission* PEGA Lead* (**Need 10 Years Experience)* Location: Plano TX Duration: 12 Months Preferred • At least 2 year experience in Lead role to Design PEGA PRPC application with diversified experience in multiple projects. • At least 1.5 years of experience on Pega 7.x as a Lead. • Ability to effectively lead a development team to motivate it and deliver challenging project. • At least 4+ years of solid developer experience in developing applications using Pega 6.x and 7.x with exposure to all PEGA Components. • At least PEGA Senior System Architect 6.x certification level. PEGA 7.x and PEGA LSA certification are added advantage. • Additional Certifications into PEGA 7.x like UI Specialist, PEGA DCO Architect, and PEGA Customer Service System Architect etc. • Experience on PEGA frameworks like Smart Dispute, Smart Investigate etc. is added advantage. • Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills. • Ability to work in Global Delivery model with excellent communication skills Mandatory skills* At least 2 year experience in Lead role to Design PEGA PRPC application with diversified experience in multiple projects. Qualifications Basic • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education • At least 8+ years of hands on combined experience in PEGA PRPC with minimum 1.5 years in to PEGA 7.x. • Minimum certification level is PEGA Senior Systems Architect. Good to have skills* Experience on PEGA frameworks like Smart Dispute, Smart Investigate etc. is added advantage.
