The ServiceNow Consultant will drive the adoption of ServiceNow at our
client with the goal of improving the productivity of the IT department and
the company as a whole.

The position involves: identifying areas where ServiceNow could provide
efficiencies; working directly with internal users to gather requirements;
and developing, testing and deploying solutions.

Responsibilities:
•    Get to know the needs of internal users and lead requirements
gathering sessions
•    Prepare requirement specifications and solution designs
•    Configure all application UIs, workflows and notifications
•    Design, develop, and maintain integrations with other applications
such as Active Directory, Workday Altiris, Casper, Jira, etc.
•    Maintain and improve the internal IT portal website
•    Provide leadership, mentorship and technical guidance to team members
•    Communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical colleagues alike
•    Facilitate the implementation and integration of all modules
•    Facilitate and test all system updates and configuration changes
•    Ensure configuration consistency across development, test and
production environments

Qualifications:
•    BS Degree in Computer Science or related field
•    4+ years of IT experience
•    3+ years JavaScript experience
•    1-3 years in ServiceNow experience
•    Experience implementing ServiceNow modules including : Incident, SLA,
Surveys, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, Configuration Management, LDAP,
SSO, MID Server, Inbound emails
•    Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of
cost-effective ServiceNow solutions using a number of technical skills such
as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, Integrations (web services, SOAP, email)
•    DAP, SSO and mid-server implementation and integration
•    Experience in designing and developing SOAP and RESTful web Services.
•    Good understanding of ITIL v3 processes.
•    Working knowledge of web applications, networks, protocols and email
•    Excellent verbal/written communication, problem solving ability, and
time management skills
•    Project Management or front end UI experience a plus
