*Position: PeopleSoft FSCM Functional P2P Consultant* *Location: Portland, OR* *Duration: Contract * *Job Description:* 14+ years of functional experience in following modules*: ePro, PO, IN, eSupplier, Strategic Sourcing. * *Required Skills:* - Solid understanding and work experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Lead (9.1 and higher) - PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher experience required with end to end upgrade experience - Well versed in understanding of eProcurement, Purchasing, Inventory, eSupplier & Strategic Sourcing end to end business process flows for a large complex organization - Experience with the SDLC: Requirements Gathering, Keep-Drop analysis, writing Functional specifications, configuration, writing of testing cases and execution of testing cycles, preparation of Training manuals - Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as this position will require constant interaction with customer team on a daily basis. - Fluency in English is a must - Lead all phases of the project’s functional track – Assessment, Keep-Drop, Design, Configuration, Testing, Training and Deployment - Provide best practice based inputs to clients on PeopleSoft Financials application and its utilization to meet business requirements - Take bottom-line responsibility for the functional track in a project and complete tasks per the project plan - Must have multiple PeopleSoft Financials upgrade project experiences (focused on ePro, PO, IN, eSup & SS) - Possess sound knowledge and experience of entire procure to pay business processes - Must have project experience of working for energy & utility customers - Knowledge of key business processes which includes reconciliation, month, quarter end & year-end processing - Solid understanding of integration between PeopleSoft modules and with external applications - Experience in creating and executing test cases for Systems Integration Testing as well supporting User Acceptance testing - Experience with PS Query and XML Publisher - Experience in working with onsite / offshore model to plan and deliver the functional track responsibilities - Need to work with Technical team to explain the functional design and to clarify queries related to functionality & functional design *Desired Skills:* - Consistently produces clear, concise status reports, deliverables and other project documentation as needed - Builds confidence and trust with customers - Displays effective analytical skills *Leadership Skills:* - Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual tracks - Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues *Praveen TiwariUnited Software Group Inc.. 565 Metro Place South.
