*Job Description*
Workday is the leader in enterprise-class, software-as-a-service (SaaS)
solutions for managing global businesses. The Lead Technical/Integration
Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful technical
support of the client’s Workday Human Capital Management solution.  The NTT
Data Cloud Services Senior level integrations consultant will provide
Workday product, technical support, and optimization expertise to their
engagements. The Lead Consultant will work with their clients to understand
their business requirements and assist the customer on a mix of complex
integration projects. This role will also work directly with other
consultants engaged with the project to ensure client success. The Lead
Consultant will provide his/her expertise to the team, while taking some
direction from the client and providing status updates to the Project
Manager, Engagement Manager assigned to the project, and to the Workday
practice at NTT Data.

This lead role is also responsible for complex integrations that involve
the client's ADP Vantage payroll solution, as well as its Kronos time
keeping application. It is imperative that the Workday
Technical/Integrations Lead consultant be able to work alongside multiple
constituents involved with these systems, and successfully work directly on
the integrations him/herself, solving issues as they arise.

*Key Areas of Responsibility / About the Role*

   - Demonstrate integration experience in Human Resources related domains,
   (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.) and/or Financials Management.
   - Work directly with customers to gather requirements, research,
   document, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
   - Design, develop, test, and deploy web service integrations.
   - Assist the client with associated Workday implementation project
   technical and integration tasks, with a focus on the most strategic and
   complex projects.
   - Work closely with the client’s project team to ensure the customer’s
   successful support of Workday’s various integration products, tools, and
   services.
   - Join a team of other Senior-level Integration Consultants and
   collaborate with other consultants and client representatives.
   - Work closely with the client’s project team to help manage the
   integration deliverables associated with Workday initiatives.
   - Provide guidance to clients or service partners on integration
   strategies.
   - Possess a deep knowledge of service oriented architecture design
   principals, common ERP integration design patterns, in-depth knowledge of
   Workday’s various integration technologies, Workday’s Implementation and
   Update methodology, and will combine those skills to deliver successful
   integration support for the client.
   - Assist with data conversion as needed while supporting the client.
   - Complete the work assigned by the Engagement Manager within the
   budgeted time allocated.
   - Understand Workday’s Implementation and Update Methodology and utilize
   it on all engagements.
   - Work with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed to
   checkpoints.
   - Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices and
   identify opportunities for the client to optimize the Workday solution.
   - Ensure the client is one that can be referenced once the client is in
   production.
   - Participate in update training and other events that help share one’s
   product skills with other consultants.
   - Provide the Engagement Manager with status reports and keep them
   apprised of project status.

*Experience requirements *


   - Experience implementing Workday, with demonstrated Workday technical
   and integration experience
   - At least one full Workday project lifecycle required; 2 or more
   Workday projects preferred
   - 5+ years implementing and or upgrade/update integration solutions with
   ERP software
   - 5+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors
   - 5+ years Human Resource and Payroll software application experience
   such as Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Netsuite, Taleo, or
   other SaaS and/or on-premise ERP systems
   - Command of Service Oriented Architecture Concepts
   - Proven integration design experience
   - Workday Studio proficiency (candidate must have built several
   integrations in Studio, from scratch, including complex integrations)
   - Workday EIB expertise
   - Workday integration testing
   - Workday custom reports and calculated fields
   - Command of Service Oriented Architecture Concepts
   - EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration
   technologies
   - Strong organizational and project management skills
   - Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company

*Preferred Experience*

   - Software as a Service (SaaS) or Cloud solutions experien
   - ADP Vantage (payroll)
   - Kronos (time keeping)
   - Single Sign On (SSO) and Active Directory (AD) experience
   - SAP HR and/or Financials experience
