*Duration : 6+ Months (extandable)* *Required Skills:* · Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 7+ years of relevant experience. · Should have 5+Yrs years of experience on Hadoop based platforms. · Experience in developing applications on Hadoop, utilizing Pig, Hive, Sqoop, Zookeeper, Kafka, Storm or Spark, experience with Hadoop 2.0. · Experience with NoSQL technologies Hadoop/HBase/HDFS, Docker, Cassandra MongoDB, Storm etc. · Good understanding on Data modeling and Schema designs are strongly preferred. · Experience in development with HDFS, PIG, HIVE, and Core Java. · Strong programming knowledge in Java. · Should have 50% Devops experience and monitoring tools knowledge specially Wily. · Expertise in typical system administration and programming skills such as storage capacity management, performance tuning. · Proficient in shell and Perl, python scripting · Experience in setup, configuration and management of security for Hadoop clusters. · Manage and monitor Hadoop cluster and platform infrastructure · Automate cluster node provisioning and repetitive tasks. · Manage Hadoop stack support run book. · Responsible for cluster availability and available 24x7 on call support. · Support development and production deployments. · Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. · Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail. · Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams.
