*Description*

This is not a strictly Systems Administration position. Strong above
average English verbal communication skill is required and this position is
based in Austin, TX. Client’s is looking for two experienced Technical
Incident Managers with strong Systems Administration or Site Reliability
engineering background. Ideal Client’s technical duty officers are natural
leaders who are passionate about technology and have good understanding of
Internet infrastructure and ecommerce scalability. As part of Client’s Site
Engineering division, they're tasked with managing site incidents with aid
from some of the best-in-class, industry-leading toolkits, staff, and
operating procedures. They are the incident commanders who would lead any
site recovery efforts. Backing up this very visible role are some of the
brightest engineers, SA's, and DBA's found in the company. So while the
role can be highly technical, equally important qualities including superb
multi-tasking, command presence, self-starter yet a team player, excellent
verbal and written communication skills are also required.

*Top Requirements- *

·         Technical incident management or strong Unix Sys Admin or site
reliability eng exp

·         Above average verbal and written communication skills (English)

·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         Temp to Perm with conversion as soon as 3 months- must be able to
convert to FTE and work on-site

·         Skype interviews are ok for non-local candidates

·         *****This is for the graveyard shift- hours will be around 8pm to
8am Central Time*****
