*Position: Business Analyst – IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem)*

 *Location: Atlanta, GA*


 *Duration: Long term contract*




*Description:*

•        Investigate and evaluate technologies that have the potential to
improve operations.



•        Determine feasibility and viability of incorporating selected
technologies in the operational context.



•        Identify the costs and benefits of incorporating assessed
technologies in the operational context.



•        Identify how assessed technologies fulfill standards and
specifications.



•        Identify how assessed technologies impact compatibility and
interoperability with existing systems, applications, subsystems and
components.



•        Identify risks associated with incorporating assessed technologies
and risk mitigation strategies.



•        Identify Web-based user assessment and feedback tools to assess
online training, delivery, and content.



•        Communicates effectively with client to identify needs. Identifies
opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.



•        Analyzes tasks to establish work interrelationships. Creates and
executes work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and
requirements.



•        Effectively communicates relevant information to superiors;
delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.





*Requirements:*



•        Sr. level resource (at least 8-9 years of experience) with
deep *experience/knowledge
in: IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem)*, IMS network components, monitoring &
reporting related to IMS network support including running voice, data, and
video services.

•        They would also need to know where to source the data from the IMS
network elements

•        Excellent verbal communication skills, to include the ability to
quickly summarize progress on a particular project for high level
leadership.



•        Excellent written communication skills, to include the ability to
quickly summarize any subject and put the "bottom line up front".



•        Mastery of skills related to technical document preparation, such
as reports and functional specifications is expected. Skill in application
of analytical techniques and methods to conduct qualitative and
quantitative analysis.



•        Ability to analyze and evaluate information, gather factual
evidence, interpret guidance, draw conclusions and ensure compliance with
regulations.



•        Competence with common office productivity tools is essential.



•        Bachelor’s Degree in a related business or technical discipline,
or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or
work/military experience.
