Will accept any equivalent combination of education and experience. - *10+ years professional experience in IT solutions development in a medium to large corporate environments.* - 5+years Salesforce.com experience, in Visual Force/APEX development, integration and configuration REQUIRED. - Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platform (including CTI) REQUIRED - Experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs - Force.com SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API REQUIRED. - Ability to lead the review and analysis of business requirements and the design of solutions for new applications or enhancements to existing applications in Salesforce.com platform - Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills in customer settings and with internal management. Strong active listening, facilitation and presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to provide leadership within the team and mentor and guide others to increase overall team capabilities. - Demonstrated ability to communicate business needs to technical people and to communicate and simplify complex technical information for non-technical people. - Demonstrated broad analytical capabilities including highly complex technical problem solving - Ability to exercise good judgment, decision making and creativity. - Ability to readily grasp complex architectural environments. - Ability to work from general direction in the development of detailed solutions. - Must enjoy assisting others in supporting project needs. - Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills in customer settings and with internal management.
