Responsible for requirements definition, test planning and coordination, User Acceptance Testing coordination. Support *ICAM* Operational Activities including monthly releases, planning and coordination for planned outages and troubleshooting and coordination for unplanned outages and emergency releases. Additional duties: Requirements / Design, Document Processes and Design, Create Visual Diagrams in Visio, Present Designs via PowerPoint, Document User Stories / Conditions, Facilitate Requirement Meetings with Clients, Development, Testing, Document New / Modify Existing Test Plans, Trace Requirements to Test Plans, Execute Test Plans in Quality Center, Validate testing in numerous software applications (database SQL, directory LDAP browser, COTs software, custom software), Manage Defects / Coordinate Issue Resolution with Development Team, Support, Assist in Work Management Coordination using Remedy & Rally, Participate in Agile Scrum Teams, Support Deployment and Maintenance Activities, Tier 3 Operational Support.
