The current environment is Facets 5.1, SQL Server 2008, and .NET. Looking for dedicated Facets QA Testers that have a sound knowledge of Facets and data models in the core areas of Enrollment and Fulfillment. Key skills: • Strong QA knowledge (test plans, cases, execution, defect tracking) within the healthcare domain - specifically claims and medical management • Complete understanding of SDLC • Knowledge of Facets data models in the core areas of Enrollment and Fulfillment.. • Strong technical knowledge of writing SQL queries& SQL Server database • Solid verbal and non-verbal communication skills • Knowledge of Facets online and batch processes This is an immediate need and we would like to have consultants starting on-site in PA on ASAP for this project. 1. Project Overview Client is building a system that will be used to manage and optimize client’s Enrollment and Fulfillment departments with respect to CMS’ regulations 2. Project Objectives • The new systems will be required to calculate, upon letter trigger, the mail due date per CMS and Contractual requirements and populate due date fields to search and extract. • Provide visibility into performance from a CMS perspective by comparing the mail date to the due date. • Improve Enrollment’s ability to monitor compliance throughout the end to end process. • Enable the Fulfillment team and the vendor to prioritize production according to the CMS timeframes for compliance • Reduce the work effort and expense involved in the following functions: o Research of age of letter request o Production Management o Reduction in vendor rush charges o Potential for print vendor to batch small jobs by mail due date o Improved reporting that clearly shows performance by comparing the mail date to the dates required by CMS and by client SLA’s 3. Project Scope of Work • Create new tables to manage the rules for calculating the decision date: COMPANY, DOCUMENT, DOCID, LETTER NAME, MODEL, LETTER DATE, DECISION DATE, CMS DATE o For this effort, QA Testers will verify through QA processes that the code executes as documented • Extensive regression testing on rules to ensure changes and dates are calculated correctly and that tables will not have a negative impact on any of the documentation processes • Update the existing exception report to include a new decision date field allowing exceptions to be prioritized with oldest transactions worked first o For this effort, QA Testers will verify through QA processes that the code executes as documented. • In the final phase processes will be enhanced to prioritize and batch work based on the CMS decision date o For this effort, QA Testers will verify through QA processes that the code executes as documented.
