Please include your employer details as well. *Job Title* .*Net developer* *Project Location* Olympia, WA *Duration* 6 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI-Telephonic + SKYPE* *Need USC or GC only* • Investigating incidents to determine and resolve the underlying causes. • Analyzing system performance to detect and prevent future problems/incidents. • Recording, tracking and fulfilling service requests. • Communicating with the organization o Updating users and customers until the event is closed o Escalating emergencies o Coordinating with other operation and project teams o Providing team performance reports • Testing and modifying systems as infrastructure, operating systems, browsers and integrated 3rd party systems are patched or upgraded and DOL policy security and usability standards are changed. • Developing and testing minor enhancements that grow the functionality of the system. Tasks the Contractor will be required to perform include but are not limited to the following: • Design, develop, unit test, document and perform code quality reviews. • Prepare test scripts and test data, conduct functional testing, end to end business process work flow testing, and facilitate user acceptance reviews. • Work with DOL's Release Readiness Test Team to ensure changes are production ready. • Maintain defect log with current defect status, re-test when defects are fixed. Coordinate post deployment testing and system stabilization support REQUIREMENTS • Three (3) years of strong experience in analyzing, developing, testing, deploying ntier applications including object-oriented programming using .NET. • Three (3) years of strong experience in analyzing, designing, developing SQL Server 2005/2010 databases including creating/developing database objects like Tables, Views, Indexes and stored procedures. • Three (3) years of strong experience in Visual Studio 2008/2010 development tools. • Three (3) years of strong experience in deploying the applications to Windows 2003/2008 server. • Three (3) years of strong experience in Windows 2000Nista clients. • Three (3) years of strong experience in ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> . • Two (2) years of experience in designing and/or developing WCF Services. • Two (2) years of Agile team development. *a. Highly Desired Experience and Qualifications (200 Points)* For the proposed Candidate(s), three (3) years of experience with the following qualifications is highly desirable: Generalists — Developers, Testers and Analyst Highly Desired Experience and Qualifications: • Six (6) months of experience with the Washington State DOL applications,application development standards, databases, and common components.
