*Position: Business AnalystLocation: SAN ANTONIO, USADuration: 6 monthsStart Date: 25/03/2015Client USAAJob Description: Business Process Re-Engineer will be responsible for developing the end to end process maps and analyze using Value Stream Mapping methodology and identify opportunities for improvements.• Build business process maps managed end-to-end in such a way as to depict the cross-functional view of those processes.• Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and defined.• Ensure measures of inputs, process activities and outputs are meaningful and have line of sight to desired business outcomes - review all proposed process enhancements.• Ensure process design/redesign and process improvements are effectively used to constantly improve business performance through the cohesive use of selected structured tool sets.• Ensure "best practices" are shared and utilized.• Analyse the process maps using VSM method for identification of the root causes of business performance problems and the recommendation and implementation of solutions.• Facilitate the estimation and validation of potential and actual results of process improvement activities based on key measures.• Document and Communicate overall progress.• Utilize industry best-practice maturity modeling to measure the maturity of the existing processes and establish appropriate targets that facilitate and support process, service and product improvement - reduce redundancy and eliminate inconsistency - integrate cross functional disciplines.• Expert knowledge in using MS office tools including MS Visio *
